Returns

I want you to be happy with what arrives. Here's how returns work if you're not.

The 30-day window

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery, as long as they're unused and in their original condition and packaging. Write to hello@everythingobx.com with your order number to start a return.

Who pays for return shipping

If you're returning something because it wasn't right for you, the cost of shipping it back is on you. If an item arrived damaged or isn't what you ordered, I'll cover return shipping and make it right at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is checked over, I'll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Custom and made-to-order pieces

Custom work and made-to-order items — anything built or printed specifically for your order — are final sale and can't be returned, except in the case of damage or a defect.

Damaged or defective items

If something arrives broken or flawed, email a photo of the damage to hello@everythingobx.com and I'll send a free replacement — no return shipping required.
