These are the terms that cover shopping at Everything OBX. By placing an order, you're agreeing to them.

Who you're dealing with

Everything OBX is a small home-goods business operated on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Orders are sold and fulfilled directly by Everything OBX.

Prices and availability

Prices, product descriptions, and availability can change without notice. Items sell out, particularly small-batch and made-to-order pieces, and I'll let you know as soon as possible if something you ordered is no longer available.

Product photos and handmade variation

Photos are representative of each product, not an exact promise. Because many pieces are hand-poured, hand-printed, or otherwise made by hand, small variations in color, texture, and finish between what's pictured and what arrives are normal and not a defect.

Limitation of liability

Everything OBX is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or the products sold on it, beyond the purchase price of the item involved. Nothing here limits any right you have that can't be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
